About us - Sandy & Clément

We met whilst working in a wine bar / bistro in London. Our shared passion for great food, wine and hospitality has led us to our dream of opening a bistro together - our favourite type of establishment. We're very excited for this to happen in Sandy's home town of Leeds, bringing some of Clément's native French flair to the city. 

We’re delighted to introduce Bavette. A neighbourhood bistro filled with warm engaging hospitality, with a menu of seasonally led classically driven dishes. 

We hope to get that balance of generosity and quality right - that juxtaposition of everyday special. 

Bavette is a love letter to our favourite places we’ve been to and been lucky enough to be a part of.
